At this hour, with great pleasure, I will be your health and integrative nutrition coach; I will guide you and help you to achieve your health and wellbeing objectives. What will I do during my personalized program, and what does it include? During the call, we will talk about: • Is health coaching for you? • What's your story • How can I help you? • What have you done, and is it not working? • What would you like to change and why? • Establish goals • Answer questions related to my programs • Allocate you in the program that best fits you If you decide to buy one of my programs, the cost of this session will be substrated from the program price.
