1 1/2 cup Oats
1 1/2 Almond milk
1 tbs Flax seed
1tbs Hemp seeds
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 Baking soda
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
2 tbs Maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Blend, grease your pan with coconut oil & cook patiently in low-medium heat.
Tip: while cooking, when you see bubbles on top of the 🥞 it's kind of the time to flip to the other side... Don't rush it!
