Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Eat them by itself or with your favorite meal. You can also cook them in the BBQ if you have one.

Also, did I mention Brussel sprouts are high in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants?

Saying that,
Let's cook!


  • 2 lbs Brussel sprouts

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 tbsp sriracha (optional)

  • 1 tbs maple syrup (optional)

  • 3/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper


1.Preheat the oven to 400 F.

2.Trim and halve the Brussel sprouts.

3.In a bowl combine all the ingredients.

4.Spread them out on a sheet pan, cut side down

5.Roast for 25-30, until they're tender and have browned and caramelized on the bottom and edges.

6.If the Brussel sprouts are not sufficiently browned on the bottom, place them on the oven floor and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until well-browned.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
