Instead of using rolled oats, I use quinoa and mix it with milk and sweetener to make a breakfast porridge that’s incredibly versatile, absolutely delicious and chock-full of nutrients.
1/2 cup of Quinoa
Vegetable milk of your choice
Cocoa powder to taste
Stevia to taste
1.Let the quinoa soak 2 days before, after the first 24 hours, throw out the water in which it was soaked and then during the other 24 hours leave them in a relatively wet sieve to germinate.
Why this step? Because it is the only way to activate the nutrients of the seed.
2.Then cook the quinoa as indicated on the package
3.Once ready add hot vegetable milk mixed with cocoa powder, stevia, cinnamon, vegan collagen, maca, nutmeg.
4.Finally, add blueberries, cacao nibs pumpkin seeds and goji berries.
