This gluten-free, vegan bread recipe is delicious, fulfilling low-carb bread recipe using only nourishing low-carb flour.
Yeap you read that right! This bread ticks everything! This great, simple and too easy to do!

Let's get to work!
1.5 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1/3 cup flax seeds, ground
1/4 cup ground psyllium husk
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup of hot water
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1️.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2️.Add 1 cup of hot water to the ground flaxseed in a small bowl. Stir, cover, and steep for 10 minutes.
3️.While the flaxseed soaks up water, combine the remaining dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
4️.Next, add the coconut oil and vinegar to the flaxseed mixture.
5️.Add all the wet ingredients with the dry ones and mix. Once completely combined, form the dough into an oval shape and place it in the loaf pan.
6️. Flatten enough so that the dough takes up most of the pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Let the bread cool before cutting it and enjoy.
TIP: Before putting it in the oven, add seeds or nuts. I put the combo for everything except Trader Joe's bagel seasoning
